No matter what the weather forecast says, or what it's doing when you look out of the window in the morning, the weather can be unpredictable and can change. The key to being happy in the woods is having the correct clothing available so you can adjust what you're wearing when you need to.
ESSENTIALS
Long sleeved t-shirt
Fleece sweat shirt or hoodie

The session will last half a day, and the children will be away from the school building for most of the session.
We will provide a healthy snack and drinking water will always be available. Your child should have a water bottle (marked with their name), which we can refill if necessary.
Your child may also bring their own healthy snack to our sessions.
The sessions will take place in all weathers (except high winds and electrical storms). We will provide shelter using tents and tarps.
We urge attendees to make use of toilet facilities in school before entering the woods. If the call of nature sounds, we have a very comfortable toilet tent available.
